The Irepodun Youth Council has appointed Barrister Titilope Emmanuel Joseph, popularly known as Amofin Akogun, as its Legal Adviser.

The appointment was conveyed in a formal letter signed by the Council’s President, Comrade Ibiwoye Olaniyi Moses Aniyikaye, and its General Secretary, Prince Olabode Clement Olarenwaju.

The Council said the appointment was based on Akogun’s professional experience, leadership qualities, contributions to the community and commitment to the development and unity of the people of Irepodun.

According to the youth body, Akogun’s wealth of legal knowledge and experience would strengthen the Council and support its efforts to advance the interests of Irepodun youths.

In his new role, the Legal Adviser is expected to provide professional legal guidance to the Council and contribute to initiatives focused on good governance, youth development, unity and the protection of the interests of young people across Irepodun.

The Council described the appointment as well deserved and expressed confidence that Akogun would bring his legal expertise and leadership experience to bear on its activities.

The appointment, it added, underscores the importance of young professionals in community leadership and the collective effort to shape the future of Irepodun.
