Kwara Fire Service, TUYIL Pharmaceutical Strengthen Partnership on Fire Safety

Kwara State Fire Service has moved to strengthen its partnership with TUYIL Pharmaceutical Limited as part of efforts to improve fire prevention and safety across the state.

The Chief Fire Officer, CFO Alabi Muhammed, accompanied by principal officers and other members of the Service, made the move during a courtesy visit to the pharmaceutical company along Yidi Road, Ilorin.

The visit was also aimed at appreciating the management of TUYIL Pharmaceutical for its continued support and cooperation with the Fire Service over the years.

The company’s management commended the Fire Service for its prompt response to emergencies and professional handling of fire and rescue operations.

It also praised the Service’s preventive measures, including routine inspections, safety advice and enforcement of fire safety regulations.

According to the management, compliance with the Fire Service’s safety recommendations has helped the company maintain a safe working environment, with no major fire incident recorded at its facilities.

Speaking during the visit, CFO Alabi Muhammed appreciated TUYIL Pharmaceutical for its support and pledged the Service’s continued technical guidance, professional assistance and prompt emergency response when required.

The Fire Service said the partnership reflects its commitment to working with public and private organisations to prevent fire disasters and protect lives and property across Kwara State.
